Isabel’s 2nd Birthday

Isabel’s family made her 2nd birthday party extra special, and she was all smiles and ready to celebrate! Tables were set up outdoors on the Jefferson Terrace under the canopy, which provided shade on a beautiful, sunny September day. Each table’s centerpiece was a glass jar filled with twinkle lights and sage green eucalyptus branches, surrounded by three gold painted wooden animal cutouts.

The buffet was set up inside the Greenery room, where guests could choose from a variety of dishes such as Belgian waffles with maple syrup, fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon strips, grilled salmon with an orange-ginger glaze, and other hot chafing dishes.

Isabel’s mom designed a sparkly dessert table with Isabel’s name carved in white and placed in the center. Pink iced cookies, candies, and cake were displayed on golden trays and pedestals strung with crystals. Placed among the sweets were adorable gold elephants, giraffes, and rhinos that resembled animal crackers. Completing the look was a balloon arch in shades of pink against a sheer backdrop.

The kids all enjoyed lawn games outside in the sunshine. After singing “Happy Birthday”, everyone enjoyed the dessert table and a sundae bar with ice cream and Italian ices.
